To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish                of Kingsclere                                  in the County of                        Southampton; and to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the               Poor of the Parish of Thatcham in the County of Berks

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us,                     Two of his Majesty's Justiees of the Peace, in                  and for the County of Southampton aforesaid, (One             whereof being of the Quorum) by the Church-Wardens                 and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Kingsclere

                                        That Richard Prior, Sarah
his Wife, Peter aged about seven years, James aged
about six years and George aged about two years
and an half their children have

                                           lately intruded and came                   into the said Parish of Kingsclere                                                                     and are                                  become                   chargeable to the same: We the said Justices, upon           Examination of the Premises upon Oath, and other          Circumstances, do adjudge the same to be true, and            also do adjudge the Place of the last legal Settlement              of the said Richard Prior, Sarah his Wife, Peter       James and George their children to be in the said       Parish of Thatcham

    THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to            require you, on Sight hereof, to Remove and convey              the said Richard Prior, Sarah his Wife, Peter           James and George their children

from and out of your said Parish of Kingsclere                                                                                                  to    the said Parish of Thatcham

and them                                            deliver unto the                  Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or            to some, or one of them, together with this our Order,              or a true Copy hereof, who are hereby required to re-             ceive and provide for them

           according to Law.
